As one of New York State’s most treasured buildings, Hudson Hall House is an unforgettable and truly one-of-a-kind setting for your special event or corporate outing. Hudson Hall is listed on the National and State Registers of Historic Places, and its programs are pivotal to the cultural and economic advancement of the region.
Hudson Hall will be completing its historic restoration in late spring 2017, and will be available for rentals beginning thereafter. As a special event venue, Hudson Hall comfortably accommodates between 100 and 250 guests for a seated dinner, and up to 300 for cocktails. The main space that’s available to you is the 4,000-square foot second floor Performance Hall. The Performance Hall can be set up for practically any type of event— from an open floor plan, to theater-style seating, able to accommodate up to 350, and everything in-between. Additionally, two first-floor spaces are available, including the former Common Council Room, which is 800 square-feet in size, and the West Room— both able to accommodate a smaller presentation or event.
The building is handicapped accessible, and features a separate street-level staging area for deliveries and catering. Professional lighting, sound, video, and technician services are all available.
